<p>在家防疫廚藝教室烘焙時間來囉！<em>&#8216;An apple a day keeps the doctor away</em>&#8216;，多吃蘋果增強免疫力，今天要分享的這道 蘋果肉桂蛋糕食譜 ，新鮮蘋果丁搭配希臘優格與全麥麵粉，讓這道 蘋果肉桂蛋糕食譜 清爽健康又不過甜，熱熱的蛋糕好想佐一球香草冰淇淋啊！<span id="more-92"></span></p>
<h2>蘋果肉桂蛋糕食譜 做法超簡單</h2>



<p>上週日在市場貪小便宜買了一袋十來顆的小蘋果，努力吃了幾天，怕不早點解決它們會不新鮮，也想順便消耗用不完的植物油和全麥麵粉，於是動手做了個蘋果肉桂蛋糕用光這些食材。</p>





<p>其實，做這蘋果肉桂蛋糕的動機只是為了清冰箱，所以沒有完全照參考食譜走。原本使用青蘋果，我用的是小型的紅蘋果；因為沒有環狀蛋糕模，改用烤布朗尼的淺烤盤；以兩倍的泡打粉代替小蘇打等⋯⋯被我胡亂改了一通後，這個蘋果肉桂蛋糕食譜總算是實驗成功！</p>

<h3>材料</h3>



<ul>
<li>砂糖 2杯(cup)</li>
<li>麵粉 1杯(cup)</li>
<li>全麥麵粉 1杯(cup)</li>
<li>肉桂粉 4茶匙(tsp)</li>
<li>鹽 1茶匙(tsp)</li>
<li>泡打粉 4茶匙(tsp)</li>
<li>蛋 2顆</li>
<li>植物油 1杯(cup)</li>
<li>柳橙汁 1/4杯(cup)</li>
<li>希臘優格 1杯(cup)</li>
<li>蘋果丁 4杯(約四到五顆蘋果，去皮、去核後切丁)</li>
</ul>



<h3>作法</h3>



<ol>
<li>將烤箱預熱至攝氏160度（上火加風扇），烤盤上油或鋪烘焙紙。</li>
<li>準備一個大碗，將乾性材料（粉類）混合後備用。</li>
<li>另準備一個碗將蛋打到發泡後（約三、四分鐘），加入植物油、柳橙汁與優格拌勻。</li>
<li>將乾、濕材料混合均勻後，並加入蘋果丁。</li>
<li>如用淺烤盤以160度烤30～40分鐘，確認熟透即可。</li>
<li>放涼後從烤盤取出切片，可搭配冰淇淋或冰優格一起享用。</li>

<p>零失敗！材料、做法超簡單的 香蕉麵包食譜 。在家防疫好無聊，但花一個下午換來整間房子的香氣，也是苦中作樂的美好(笑)。前陣子買的香蕉已熟透發黑，打成奶昔也喝到膩了⋯最近開伙都走偽素食者的路線，剛好在BBC Food上看到這款 香蕉麵包食譜 ，決定來踹踹看。<span id="more-28"></span></p>



<h2>零失敗 香蕉麵包食譜</h2>



<p>不過我的麵包食譜改用全麥麵粉去做多了點風味，再加上Muesli的點綴，賣像跟滋味都不錯吶！下次要試試加黑糖或用椰油版本～</p>



<h3>材料</h3>



<ul>
<li>全麥麵粉 225克(g)</li>
<li>泡打粉 3茶匙(tsp)</li>
<li>粗砂糖 公克(g)</li>
<li>肉桂粉 3茶匙(tsp)</li>
<li>大型熟香蕉 3支</li>
<li>植物油 75公克(g)</li>
<li>裝飾用果乾、燕麥</li>
</ul>



<h3>作法</h3>



<ol>
<li>烤箱預熱至攝氏200度。</li>
<li>香蕉去皮後用叉子壓碎，並與植物油、砂糖混合。</li>
<li>加入麵粉、泡打粉與肉桂粉等乾性材料後拌勻。</li>
<li>吐司模上油或或鋪盤紙後倒入材料，烤20鐘後檢查熟度(若沒熟怕蛋糕焦黃可蓋上鋁箔紙)；視情況最多再烤40分鐘。</li>
<li>待涼後脫模切片，冷藏一天味道更濃。</li>
</ol>
